Once your HBCF Portal profile has been established, you can nominate Valora Partners as your Service Provider by following six quick steps.
Log in to the icare HBCF Portal using your existing BSSP username and password.
Go to Access & Permissions or Manage Access, located within your builder account.
Select Add a Service Provider.
Search for Valora Partners Pty Ltd.
Select the appropriate access level based on the assistance you require.
Confirm and save your selection.

The new HBCF Portal changes the way builders access and manage their HBCF eligibility. Each builder will need to establish and maintain their own profile directly through the icare HBCF Portal.

After creating your HBCF Portal profile, your initial access may be limited to Clerical access.
To properly manage your HBCF account, make sure you've been assigned Manager access. If you've only received Clerical access, you may need to submit an additional form to icare to have it upgraded.
